FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

Under the Fire Safety (Regulatory Reform) Order 2005 ALL organisations must carry out a Fire Risk Assessment. As part of this Fire Risk Assessment the identification of fire hazards and ways to reduce them is of prime importance. As a result, you will gain a better understanding of how to implement physical fire precautions and procedures that will help you ensure the safety of personnel and other occupants of your premises.

At UK Fire training we have the ability to assist your "responsible person" by providing a Fire Risk Assessment of your premises that complies with all legal regulations. Forming an extremely practical and logical process your Fire Risk Assessment will address the following:

REVIEW
Fire Risk Assessment review and revision process

The Fire Risk Assessment we prepare for you will include a full review of all of these areas. Shortfalls will be identified and a summary of the main risks identified. A full and easy to implement “action plan” will be produced in line with the new law.

Our assessors all have a minimum of 5 years experience of carrying out Fire Risk Assessments. The majority can draw from a Fire Service background making them able to carry out Fire Risk Assessments in all business and industry sectors. Whether you are a public or private body or even voluntary sector, you must by law have a Fire Risk assessment in place.

If you employ 5 or more people, you must have a record of the significant findings of the Fire Risk Assessment. If you share a building, you must cooperate with other users in the development of the Fire Risk Assessment.

FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT TRAINING
In addition to providing Fire Risk Assessments, we are able to provide training in how to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment.
