FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT

A Fire Risk Assessment must be carried out by ALL organisations under the Fire Safety (Regulatory Reform) Order 2005. The Fire Risk Assessment allows you to identify and reduce fire hazards. It will then help you to decide on the physical fire precautions and management procedures necessary to protect the safety of people on and around your premises.

We are able to assist the “responsible person” within your organisation by providing a legally compliant Fire Risk Assessment of any or all of your premises. The Fire Risk Assessment is a highly practical and systematic process that looks at the following;

People especially at risk (Disabled and young people etc)

REVIEW
Fire Risk Assessment review and revision process

The Fire Risk Assessment we prepare for you will include a full review of all of these areas. Shortfalls will be identified and a summary of the main risks identified. A full and easy to implement “action plan” will be produced in line with the new law.

All of our assessors have at least 5 years practical experience of carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and most have a Fire Service background. They are able to carry out Fire Risk Assessments for all sectors of business and industry. Whether you are a public or private body or even voluntary sector, you must by law have a Fire Risk assessment in place.

If you employ 5 or more people, you must have a record of the significant findings of the Fire Risk Assessment. If you share a building, you must cooperate with other users in the development of the Fire Risk Assessment.
